For a third straight day, the Yankees come from behind to beat the Astros on the road. Although entering into the season with the adversity of losing their ace (and arguably the best pitcher in the league) and losing their their lead off hitter, the Yankees enter into Easter Sunday looking for a sweep of the Astros.
There are a number of obvious standouts such as Soto and Cabrera, but some additional shining spots as well. Volpe going 2 for 4 with his first homer of the year along with Stroman going 6 strong innings with no earned runs helped support the comeback win.
The defense was a bit concerning at times tonight but the Yanks are streaking and looking strong. Clarke Schmidt looks to keep the streak going against JP France tomorrow afternoon.
